How much do I need for a down payment?
Often less than people think. Some loan programs allow low or no down payment for eligible buyers, and Georgia offers down payment assistance programs such as Georgia Dream for qualifying buyers. We will walk through what fits you.
Does it cost anything to work with an OnlyWay buyer's agent?
Your first consultation is complimentary. Before we tour homes together, we explain in writing how buyer representation is paid, so there are no surprises.
Who holds my earnest money?
OnlyWay does not hold earnest money. It is delivered to the closing attorney or other authorized holder identified in your contract.
We describe homes and places, never who lives there or who should. We do not steer anyone toward or away from any area. For school information, crime data or demographics, we point you to official public sources so you can decide for yourself.
