OnlyWay does not pay or accept referral fees, kickbacks, unearned fees or anything of value for referring settlement services such as mortgage, title, closing, appraisal, inspection or insurance, consistent with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). OnlyWay agents are not compensated for referring clients to OnlyWay Mortgage, OnlyWay Capital or any other provider. Referral fees between licensed real estate brokerages are paid only as permitted by law and disclosed.
Some OnlyWay team members are also licensed mortgage loan officers. If the same person helps with both your purchase and your loan, we will tell you in writing, and you are always free to choose a different lender.
Financing availability depends on the borrower, property, purpose, lender, program, and jurisdiction. All financing is subject to eligibility, underwriting, program guidelines, property review, and lender requirements. No approval, rate, term, savings, timeline, or closing result is guaranteed.

OnlyWay does not hold earnest money. Earnest money is delivered to the closing attorney or other authorized holder identified in your purchase contract.
OnlyWay Capital discussions concern business-purpose financing for investment and commercial property. They are not consumer mortgage offers and are not intended for owner-occupied residential financing.
